Mumbai Mirror, in a coup of sorts, has carried an cover story interview of Raj Thackeray in today's edition. This is the first time English media is interviewing him after the Marathi-Hindi controversy erupted. Earlier, he had boycotted English and Hindi media for being biased against him. Mumbai Mirror roped in Shobha De (nee Rajyadhyaksha) to interview him on his terms – the interview will be in Marathi!
A blog that captures the happenings in Maharashtra and rest of the Marathi World (Bruhanmaharashtra) through the eyes of a 3M – Madhyamvargiya Marathi Manoos (Middleclass Marathi Man). Neither is it a view of the anglicized minority which has lost touch with its roots... nor does it speak for the Marathi masses who may lack the “worldview”. Just a somewhere-in-between viewpoint… but a firm viewpoint indeed!

Sun-De with Raj
Though his views are not very different from what he expresses in the Marathi media, English media readers might be surprised by some of them.
3M wonders - He has heaped praises on Narendra Modi during the interview… probably eyeing an alliance with BJP in the post Advani-Balasaheb era!
