I don’t understand why MNS has to resort to violence every time. In a democracy there a more ways than one to make your voice heard… and it has been done effectively in the past. Beating up poor Biharis is not going to solve the problems…
I know that this advice is going to fall on deaf ears and Raj would have his standard response – “Laton ke Bhoot… Baaton se nahi maante!” or “Gandhigiri only worked with educated Brits”!!!

what are those other ways apart from beating poor(?) biharis up?
and I agree that there are other ways but there is only one relatively effective way..
i agree with u bharat......
this is clearly not solving the problem....its a very lame argument he gives...a clear populist measure
as people unfortunately do make distinction between an agitation and violent hooliganism..
@ nikhil
like bharat says there are other ways..
for instance he shud have this issue in his election manifesto. he canb hold peaceful protests...
let him contest elections on this issue without resorting to violence...
worse if u wanna turn violent why not beat up lalu and co. i mean beating up helpless people sends a wrong signal to the entire country.
raj and his party members do it but but unfortunately this may have adverse effects
if raj's mns bash up lalu and co. im sure that will have many takers in UP and Bihar as well.......
and nikhil ..its not an effective way..its a populist and a hollow way....
I agree completely with the Lone Wanderer and Bharat.. Even Marathi people dont appreciate such hooliganism
these people dont understand that language. e.g. we knew what happened in case of Marathi signboards. They were given a letter requesting to display Marathi signboards.(and by law it is compulsory, our government is useless.. let it be)and they were given one month period to do so.. but scenario didnt change. MNS had to turn violent. This is applicable everytime. Remember when Raj was in Shivsena, similar incidents happened. At that time, Raj had personally met the officials and handed over them a letter saying to publish advertisements in Marathi newspapers too, but they didnt listen. once, twice its ok. but everytime, they prove that they deserve this treatment.
This is my personal opinion.
