Neither is it a view of the anglicized minority which has lost touch with its roots... nor does it speak for the Marathi masses who may lack the “worldview”. Just a somewhere-in-between viewpoint… but a firm viewpoint indeed!

“All Maharashtrians will be Lakhpatis in 5 years!”
No... this is not an ad for Maharashtra Rajya Lottery… it is the CM’s vision for the state. For a government that took a decade to put up the sealink, this is just a wishful dream… no… election rhetoric!

their definition of 'maharashtrians' is very different and according to me its nonsense and frustrating. coz ex Cm vilasrao deshmukh had said 'everybody who stays in mumbai is mumbaikar.'
