A blog that captures the happenings in Maharashtra and rest of the Marathi World (Bruhanmaharashtra) through the eyes of a 3M – Madhyamvargiya Marathi Manoos (Middleclass Marathi Man). Neither is it a view of the anglicized minority which has lost touch with its roots... nor does it speak for the Marathi masses who may lack the “worldview”. Just a somewhere-in-between viewpoint… but a firm viewpoint indeed!
How dare do they compose the hymn of Ganpati Bappa in Sanskrit, a language that gave birth to Hindi?? Alright, Marathi may have been derived from Sanskrit too, but the Marathi Manoos God need not be derided with just a Sanskrit Shloka! Kindly replace it with a Marathi shlok...or maybe only understand one way. Replace with Marathi or else.... your deadline is Nov 18, 2010, failing which your website will be blackened!
